Deliveries and returns


The delivery fee will be calculated and displayed before the payment step in your shopping cart. We use Canada Post, FedEx, DICOM and Purolator. The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days after receiving your order.

Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Mega Vente is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume or courier delays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must not be used and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards
  • Set of sheets
  • Duvet Cover 3 pcs
  • Pillows

To complete your refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be made, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your with your bank first.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
There is often a certain amount of time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you ship an item over $75, you should think about using a traceable shipping service or take insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
